Meet Two Team Members Making a Difference in Katherine

Territory Transit was excited to welcome Siammon Fletcher back as Depot Manager in Katherine.

Siammon's journey with the business began at Go West before he moved to Territory Transit in Darwin. After gaining valuable operational experience across the network, he stepped into the Operations Manager role in Katherine last year. After travelling around Australia with his wife, Holly, Siammon returned to Katherine and resumed the Depot Manager position in July.

His career journey demonstrates the variety of opportunities available across Transit Systems, with employees able to develop new skills, take on leadership roles and build careers in different locations around the country.

We're also pleased to welcome Jim Evans to Katherine. A former Operations Manager with Swan Transit, Jim has come out of retirement to support the depot during a period of driver shortages.

In addition to assisting with bus driving duties, Jim is lending his extensive industry knowledge to support recruitment efforts alongside the local team.

Together, Siammon and Jim bring a wealth of experience, leadership and commitment to the Katherine operation, helping ensure we continue to deliver safe and reliable services for the community.
