We are thrilled to give a big shoutout to Wayne from our RiverCity Ferries team! Wayne has recently received a commendation from a customer for his outstanding handling of an incident onboard his ferry. Despite the situation being tense, Wayne kept his cool, showed compassion, and continued to update passengers about the situation.
