#thanksdriver Campaign – Transit NSW

Today's Thank You Thursday shout out goes to Nanto from Tempe Depot whose thoughtfulness and kindness resulted in a compliment from a happy customer. Rather than have some intending customers stand out in the wind and cold, Nanto invited them to board the bus early and wait for the scheduled departure time out of the weather. This small act of kindness really made the customer's day, calling Nanto a true gentleman. Well done Nanto! Keep up the fantastic customer service and thanks for being a valued member of #teamtransit.
