Congratulations to Danny from our Smithfield Depot who recently received a fantastic compliment for his excellent customer service. The customer, who had a very short-term memory due to a brain injury, contacted us to compliment Danny for the extra care and assistance he gave helping them get off at the correct stop. The customer described Danny as very helpful and wanted to pass on their thanks.
